Agreement

These terms apply when you use any Costello service, including our website, automation tools, AI receptionist, content services, and any related apps (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

What we do

We provide AI-powered automation and content services to small and medium businesses — including AI receptionists, CRM automations, website design, and social content pipelines.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you sign up or authorise integrations.
• Keep credentials we issue to you confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Use the Services lawfully — no spam, no misrepresentation, no publishing of content that violates platform rules (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.).
• Maintain your own compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms you authorise us to post to on your behalf.

Our responsibilities

• Deliver the Services you've signed up for with reasonable care and skill.
• Handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
• Notify you of material changes to these terms.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on what you chose at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time via the payment portal; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.

Third-party platforms

Parts of the Services integrate with Meta (Instagram + Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, Google, Stripe, Twilio, and other third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, which you remain responsible for. We only act on the permissions you explicitly grant via OAuth.

Availability & warranty

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind except where the law requires otherwise.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Services in a way that harms us, other customers, or third parties. On termination, we will delete your data on written request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the English courts unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be flagged via email to active customers. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
