Joining takes less than a minute. You'll have your referral link the moment you finish.
Create your account
Open platform.costellohq.com/affiliates/signup. You can also get there from the Costello affiliates page.
Add your name, email address, and a password. That's everything we need — there's no application to wait on and no approval queue.
As soon as you submit, your affiliate account is created and you're taken straight to your dashboard, where your unique referral link is waiting.
Your affiliate account is separate from a customer account
Your affiliate login is its own account, separate from any Costello customer account you might have. This is deliberate — most affiliates aren't customers, and many customers who refer friends don't want the two tangled together.
- If you're only an affiliate, this is the only Costello account you need.
- If you're also a Costello customer, you'll have two logins: your normal customer login at
platform.costellohq.com/login, and your affiliate login atplatform.costellohq.com/affiliates/login. They use the same email but are kept separate.
Always log in to your affiliate dashboard at platform.costellohq.com/affiliates/login — not the main customer login. If you try the wrong one you'll just be told the account isn't found.
Finding your link and dashboard
Once you're in, everything lives on your affiliate dashboard:
- Dashboard: platform.costellohq.com/affiliates/dashboard
- Your referral link: shown at the top of the dashboard, in the form
platform.costellohq.com/r/a/yourcode
Your code is generated automatically from your name when you sign up (for example, "Jordan Blake" might get jordanb). It's yours permanently.
What to do next
Connect your bank through Stripe so your commission can be paid. It takes about two minutes — see Getting paid. You can do this now or wait until your first referral; either way, set it up before payday.
