The Sandbox is an isolated space where you can try Costello's newest agent version — the latest answering engine — without any risk.
The Sandbox is a separate testing space, kept apart from your live setup. If it is available on your account you can open it from the dashboard; otherwise the Playground is where day-to-day testing happens.
The Sandbox is completely separate from your live receptionist. Nothing you do here affects real conversations, your customers, or your current setup. It's test-only — experiment as freely as you like.
When you'd use it
Reach for the Sandbox when you want to preview the newest answering engine before it becomes part of your everyday experience. It's a low-stakes way to see how an updated version of Costello handles your questions, with zero chance of disrupting anything live.
