Playground
Your private testing ground. Chat with your receptionist exactly as a customer would and check the answers before — and after — you go live. It's the first place to look whenever a reply doesn't seem right. Open the Playground guide →
Knowledge
The single page holding everything Costello knows: your business information, website sources, files and documents, FAQs, voice and tone, opening hours, and policies. Change anything here and Costello retrains automatically. This is where you'll spend most of your setup time.
Integrations
