Costello has three plans. All of them include the core AI receptionist; the difference is how many messages you can handle each month and how many channels you can connect.

No setup fee. Growth and Unlimited are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Free
The Free plan is designed for businesses that want to try Costello before committing. You get 50 messages a month on one channel — enough to see real conversations and verify the bot is answering correctly.
Best for: Testing, small businesses with low DM volume, or anyone who wants to validate Costello before upgrading.
Limits to know:
- 50 messages hard cap. At 100%, Costello auto-disconnects until the next billing cycle. Read more about the message cap →
- One channel only (Instagram or Facebook Messenger, not both).
- No WhatsApp (paid tiers only).
Growth — £11.30/wk (£49/mo)
The Growth plan is the right fit for most active businesses. 1,000 messages covers roughly 300–500 inbound enquiries per month depending on conversation length.
Best for: Businesses with steady DM traffic who want reliable 24/7 coverage on two channels.
Includes:
- 1,000 messages per month.
- Two channels (for example, Instagram + Messenger).
- Full knowledge base, custom tone, and conversation history.
- Email support.
Unlimited — £29.80/wk (£129/mo)
The Unlimited plan removes the message cap entirely. You can connect all channels — including WhatsApp — without worrying about running out mid-month.
Best for: Multi-location businesses, high-volume campaigns, or anyone whose DM volume is unpredictable.
Includes everything in Growth, plus:
- No message cap.
- All channels, including WhatsApp.
- Priority support.
Yearly pricing
Pay yearly and get 2 months free. With a yearly plan, you pay one annual charge.
