Referral programme

Refer a fellow clinic to Costello and both of you receive 250 bonus messages added to your current monthly allowance. There's no limit to how many clinics you can refer.

How it works

1. Go to Settings → Referrals in your workspace to find your unique referral link.
2. Share the link with another clinic owner or manager.
3. They sign up using your link and connect at least one channel.
4. Once they have 10 or more real conversations (not test messages), the referral is confirmed.
5. 250 bonus messages are added to both accounts — yours and theirs — in the current billing cycle.

The confirmation step (10 real conversations) is there to ensure the bonus goes to genuine new customers, not test sign-ups.

When the bonus arrives

Bonus messages are credited within a few hours of the referral hitting the 10-conversation threshold. You'll receive an email confirmation when they land.

The 250 messages are added to your current month's allowance. They don't roll over — if you don't use them before your reset date, they expire with the cycle.

Referral limits and fair use

• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
• Each referred clinic counts once — you can't earn multiple bonuses from the same person signing up multiple times.
• Referral abuse (e.g. self-referrals using different email addresses) will result in bonuses being removed and the account being reviewed.
• The programme applies to all plans including Free.

Your referral link

Your referral link is unique to your workspace and can be found at Settings → Referrals. You can share it via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

If you signed up via someone else's referral link, your bonus will arrive once you hit the 10-conversation threshold yourself.
